Since closing the doors to “The Upbeat” on March 16th, Libby and her team have been live-streaming classes 4-6 times per day, 7 days a week. They will reopen to the public on June 13th adhering to the COVID-19 restrictions whilst continuing to also offer live-streamed classes they will also be releasing a on-demand phone app suitable for both android and Apple phones next week. From 13 June 2020 gyms, fitness, pilates, yoga and dance studios across New South Wales can reopen with up to 10 people per class and 100 people in an indoor venue. Community centres and their recreational facilities can reopen while some indoor recreational facilities including pools and saunas can reopen with restricted numbers.
