Ukrainian soldiers pass close to their military camp near Luhansk, Ukraine, 20 August 2014. The Ukrainian town of Makeyevka and different suburbs of Donetsk have been shelled during all day by Ukranian army, during which allegedly ten children were killed in a Kindergarden in Makeyevka, the self-proclaimed leadership of Donetsk People's Republic reported. Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will meet for talks next week in Belarus, the Kremlin said 19 August, raising hopes for a political solution to the bloodshed in eastern Ukraine.
