Team members put the finishing touches on a a chain reaction machine at the Michigan Science Center, Saturday, July 18, 2015 in Detroit. The team has failed to set a record for building the largest chain reaction machine. The machine activated Saturday included more than a half-million objects, but lead builder Steve Price says some sections failed, which meant there weren't enough completed steps to break the record. Organizers say the current Guinness World Records mark for a Rube Goldberg machine had 300 steps.
