Traditional Aceh fishermen enter the port to sell their catch at Banda Aceh fish market, Indonesia, 08 September 2015. Indonesian President Joko Widodo pledged to introduce massive deregulation as soon as possible to stimulate the economy and attract investment. An economic slowdown and a slumping rupiah have sparked fears of a repeat of the 1997-98 financial crises, which crippled Indonesia's economy. The economy grew 4.6 percent in the second quarter, the slowest pace in six years. Joko said bureaucracy was getting in the way of projects to build much-needed infrastructure for economic growth.
