Natalia Arango (R), Aleida Toro (C) and Lina Maria Delgado prepare to ascend a hill in a landmine zone near Sonson in Antioquia province, November 19, 2015. Women's work takes on a nontraditional meaning for fifteen Colombian women who work to rid the Antioquia Mountains of deadly landmines as the country edges closer to a peace agreement with Marxist rebels to end over a decade of conflict which has claimed 220,000 lives. They were enlisted by The Halo Trust, a British-run NGO authorised by the Colombian government in 2014 to support public forces in the effort to de-mine some of the most dangerous areas in Antioquia, Sonson, Narino and Carmen de Viboral. The banner reads, "Welcome dangerous zone, peak La Cloaca". (Photo by Fredy Builes/Reuters)
