Nepalese children practice Takenwondo and Karate as they attend a self-defense training class during early morning in Kathmandu, Nepal, 15 December 2015. The Lainchour Takenwondo Dojang organizes classes for more than 70 children aged between seven and 18-year-old at a community ground in Kathmandu. Students attend everyday three-hour-long classes which they have to pay 400 Nepalese rupee (four US dollar) per month.
