New York City Sanitation snow plows clear the streets around Columbus Circle during the first major winter storm in New York, New York, USA, 23 January 2016. The US East coast could receive more than 61 centimetres of snowfall before the storm is over, the College Park, Maryland-based weather centre said 23 January.
