Belarusians dressed in traditional clothes sing traditional songs as they celebrate the Chyrachka rite in the village of Tonezh, some 280 km from Minsk, Belarus, 13 March 2016. The Chyrchka rite is held on the last day of Maslenitsa, or Shrovetide. Chyrachka is a local name of a small duck, a teal. Figures of a teal are baked on this day in the form of a fancy cake and participants of the rite hand them out to all whom they meet on their way to a hill, inviting them to join.
