Police detain a member of Jammu and Kashmir Handicapped Association (JKHA) during a protest march in Srinagar, the summer capital of Indian Kashmir, 10 May 2016. Police detained half a dozen members of JKHA, who were trying to reach the chief minister�s office to hand over a memorandum highlighting their demands. They were demanding reservation in government and private jobs, 50 percent concession on electricity and water bills, 50 percent subsidy on loans, financial assistance of INR 6000 (around 80 euro) per month and conveyance facilities.
