Freddie Luna Cruz, great grandson of Philippine National Artist Juan Luna took two weeks to finish his painting, a 20 x 30 inches oil on canvass of Philippine President-elect Rodrigo Duterte. Cruz has received many offers for the painting but refused as he hopes to present it as a gift on Duterte's inauguration on 30 June. Cruz who voted for Manuel 'Mar' Roxas III during the elections said he has presented paintings to past Philippine Presidents such as Corazon Aquino, Fidel Ramos, Joseph Estrada and Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
