Local young men try to capture a sacred wild horse as an offering to the Shinto gods as part of a ritual during the Nomaoi Equestrian Samurai Festival in Minami Soma City, located 17 km from the destroyed nuclear power plants in Fukushima prefecture, Japan, 25 July 2016. The ritual is held on the last day of the annual three-day festival. The festival tradition is said to date back over 800 hundred years.
