Smoke rises after Saudi-led airstrikes hit a food factory in Sanaa, Yemen, Tuesday, August 9, 2016. A Yemeni factory official and two medics say a Saudi-led airstrike has killed 14 civilians working on an overnight shift in the capital, Sanaa. They say the airstrikes were targeting Yemen's Shiite rebels in Sanaa but instead one of them hit a food factory. The heavy bombardment comes on the heels of the failed U.N. peace talks in Kuwait between Yemen's internationally-recognized government and the Shiite rebels known as Houthis.
