The Senate Committee on Justice and Human Rights and Public Order, headed by Senator Laila De Lima, will resume on September 15 its hearing on the extra judicial killings in relation to the on-going drug war of President Rodrigo Duterte administration. During the hearing, an alleged hitman tagged President Rodrigo Duterte to be behind the killings of suspected criminals in Davao City, where he served as mayor of 22 years.
