A pair of Ronald Reagan's cowboy boots sit in a case at Christie's where items from the former president and Nancy Reagan's California home are to be auctioned shortly on September 16, 2016 in New York City. Many personal items of the first couple are to be auctioned including "Hollywood Regency"style furniture and light fixtures, decorative works, handbags, porcelain stamped with the presidential seal, jewelry and a pair of Reagan's cowboy boots with the presidential seal. The e-catalog auction, which is expected to generate more than $2 million with individual items ranging from $1,000 to $50,000, goes live at Christie's Monday in New York.
