A man, whom police believe to have set himself alight, is seen inside a subway station in Hong Kong, China February 10, 2017. At least 17 people have been injured in a fire attack on a packed passenger train in Hong Kong. It occurred during the busy rush hour at the Tsim Sha Tsui station. Hong Kong's counter-terror units were deployed to the scene, but there were conflicting reports on how the blaze started.
