Argentinian race driver Juan Manuel Fangio tries to comfort little Claudio Giorgi, who is crying bitterly after he wasn't allowed to drive around the race track in Fangio's Maserati. Claudio Giorgi is well known in Rome where he is seen frequently driving around in his miniature 46 cc race car. Fangio was racing June 2, 1949 at the 10th Grand Prix of Rome.
