A man kneels down as he and others face off against police officers after they tried to force their way into the stadium where President-elect Uhuru Kenyatta is about to arrive for his swearing-in ceremony in Nairobi, Kenya, 28 November 2017. Outside of the stadium, police fired tear gas to disperse the crowd who tried to force their way into the venue while Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto were being sworn-in as President and deputy president respectively at an event attended by several African heads of states. Supporters of the opposition coalition the National Super Alliance and its presidential candidate Raila Odinga also clashed with police as they try to hold a rally in the capital. Local media reported at least three people have been shot as protesters engaged in running battles with police. Uhuru Kenyatta sworn-in as Kenya's President for second term.
