Frank Sinatra Jr., who is embarking on a singing career of his own, talks with his father on December 7, 1962. Frank Sr., is all for his boy's show business career, “if that's what he wants”. The young Sinatra started out by asking the Elliott brothers for a chance to sing with their band during a Disneyland appearance. Later he appeared on the Jack Benny television program and has now been asked to appear on the Perry Como show. “He's more of an actor than a singer”, his father says. “His tonal quality's pretty good. But he needs more training”. (Photo by AP Photo)
