Bodh Dorjee (R) and his wife Hishe Chhomo prepare food in their famous Chandra Dhaba, also known as Chacha Chachi Dhaba, in Batal, in the remote area of Lahaul and Spiti Valley in Himachal Pradesh State, northern India, 28 July 2018. The famous eatery joint is the only one catering to tourists in the remote area. It is open for four months only as the roads become inaccessible during Winter due to the snow. The couple who runs the Dhaba, are lovingly called by the visitors as Chacha and Chachi, which means paternal uncle and paternal aunt, and thus the name Chacha Chachi Dhaba was coined.
