The German aid organization Sea-Eye has rescued 40 people from an overcrowded rubber dinghy in the Mediterranean. The crew of the rescue ship “Alan Kurdi” discovered the migrants early morning on July 31, 2019 in international waters and took them on board, Sea-Eye said.
