Demonstrators clash with Carabineros national police during another day of protest, in Santiago, Chile, 11 November 2019. Guilds of students, teachers, health workers and citizens returned to protest on the streets of Chile to request guaranteed basic rights while the government analyzes possibilities to change or reform the Constitution.
