Participants dressed as characters from Middle-earth created by J. R. R. Tolkien take part in the reenactment of the “The Battle of Erebor” in Terezin, Czech Republic, 08 February 2020. About 160 fantasy enthusiasts reenacted “The Battle of Erebor” as a fantasy contact fight inspired by the battle in Tolkien's book “The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King”. The battle aimed at players who like a powerful story, big clashes between armies, action quests and living fantasy. The reenacted battle in Terezin saw factions of Men, Erebor dwarves, Sauron's Orcs and Easterlings based on English writer John Ronald Reuel Tolkien's “The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King” book which was for the first time published in 1955.
