Car manufacturer Hyundai use monkeys to childproof new family hatchback at Knowsley Safari Park in Merseyside, Britain on May 1, 2012. A car manufacturer let more than 40 monkeys loose on their latest model – to test how childproof it is. Hyundai felt the monkeys would be ideal testers for their New Generation i30, which is designed to be hard wearing enough for families with small kids. Designers wanted to see if the extra-strong materials interior materials and wipe-clean plastics would withstand 10 hours of rough handling. And they weren't disappointed.
