A young man practices Parkour on a street in the Burwood LGA on August 23, 2021 in Sydney, Australia. The area later tonight will be under curfew from 9pm-5am, while the other side of the same street is in the Inner West Council area, will not fall under the same restrictions. New South Wales premier Gladys Berejiklian today announced lockdown restrictions in Greater Sydney would be extended until 30 September. Tighter restrictions will also be imposed with face masks to become mandatory outdoors across NSW unless exercising and a curfew in Sydney's hot spot suburbs in the west and south-west. The announcement comes as the state continues to record high COVID-19 case numbers as health authorities work to contain the highly contagious COVID-19 delta variant. NSW recorded 644 COVID-19 cases and four deaths in the last 24 hours. (Photo by Brook Mitchell/Getty Images)
