A young white lion couple -Kimba (L) and Zamara, a male and female of twelve and eleven months old respectively- is exhibited at the Parque de las Leyendas Zoo in Lima on January 4, 2022. The cubs, born in captivity at the Leon de Mexico Zoo, arrived as part of an exchange program for scientific and conservation purposes as declared by Giovanna Yépez, Deputy Manager of the Peruvian zoo.
