Africa has a diverse mix of culinary influences, part tribal heritage part colonial influence its tastes and aromas range widely. Traditionally the various cuisines of Africa use a mixture of plant and seed based with meat also very popular. The roots of African cuisine date back thousands of years to the Bronze Age.
