Nepal's living goddess known as a Kumari (R) reacts as she is carried on decorated chariot to attend the horse festival in Kathmandu, Nepal, 01 April 2022. Kumari, who appears in public only thirteen times in a year, is worshipped by both, the Hindus and Buddhists as living goddess. It is also believed that she is the protector from evil and a sign of good luck.
