This photograph taken on October 11, 2022, shows an aerial view of a harvesting site of the Katse Fish Farms on the Malibamatso basin in Lejone. The basin is formed by the Katse dam on the Malibamatso river. At 2,100 meters above sea level, not a sound breaks the tranquility of the early morning, the river meanders motionless between the round mountains of Lesotho. In the distance, trout breeders have been hard at work for a few hours already: it's harvest day. Lesotho, with its abundant rivers, has become in less than 20 years one of the region's leading producers of freshwater fish, with delicate and sought-after flesh. (Photo by Marco Longari/AFP Photo)
