With joy and smiles, hundreds of children from three marginalized settlements in the northeast of Guatemala City received a visit on 17 December from a Santa Claus who comes down from a bridge every year and does not forget his gifts. This is the 76-year-old firefighter Hector Chacon, who started the tradition in 1997 and on 17 December again went down a bridge with the technique of rappelling to share gifts with children who live under scarce resources.
