On February 6, 2023, the third day after the beginning of spring, Jilin City, Jilin Province, witnessed a rare natural spectacle of heavy fog, snowflakes, rime and sun gathering. At about 9 a.m., a dense fog with a visibility of less than 50 meters suddenly appeared in the urban area along the Songhua River. People, cars and buildings were shrouded in the fog, which disappeared from time to time, and did not disappear until more than 11 o'clock. In the morning, there were still snowflakes floating in the sky. The rime viewing belt was covered in silver, and the sun appeared after 9 o'clock.
