A zoo has made history with the first back-to back gharial crocodile hatchlings born in North America.The two gharial hatchlings were born on June 16, and 22nd at Fort Worth Zoo, Forth Worth, Texas.Gharials are listed as critically endangered animals by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature.Fort Worth was the only zoo in North America that has produced multiple gharial crocodiles and is the first to repeat the process.
