Christmas lights sparkling on an iconic Edinburgh landmark in Scotland on November 27, 2024. The Dome, on George Street, is a bar and restaurant inside a neo-classical building and former bank which dates from 1847. Hundreds of hours are spent deliberating as to how the Category A-listed building will be decorated as part of its annual Christmas tradition. Lights are wrapped around Corinthian columns, with wreaths and red bows hung inside arch windows. Nutcrackers are positioned on the balcony, and the inside of the building is also lit up.
