Organisers of Edinburgh's Chinese New Year Festival on February 1, 2023 announce a full programme of events and activities across the city to celebrate Chinese New Year and the start of The Year of the Dragon. The programme, which includes the Official Chinese New Year Concert, lion dances at St James Quarter, bilingual ceilidhs, tai chi sessions, calligraphy and tarot card reading, runs from 3rd to 13th February 2024.
