Tourist and residents of Tultepec set fire to a monumental bull on March 8, 2024 in Mexico City, Mexico. Tultepec, a municipality in the State of Mexico of about 130,000 inhabitants, gains its fame for small workshops that produce many of the fireworks used on holidays throughout the region. The tradition of the festival is to burn over 500 “toritos” or bull-shaped frames with fireworks, this celebration of the country's production and use of fireworks began as an honor of John of God, the patron saint of firework makers.(Photo by Cristopher Rogel Blanquet/Getty Images)
