People wade through a flooded streets as the water starts subsiding in La Plata, located 63 km south of Buenos Aires, on April 3, 2013 after a powerful storm that earlier pummeled in the Argentine capital slammed here overnight Tuesday to Wednesday. At least 25 people died in flooding in La Plata as a record 40 cm of rain fell in a two hour period, knocking out phone lines and leaving people in the dark.
