Four 350-feet-tall smoke stacks and boilers are demolished by Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) at its Port Everglades power plant in Hollywood, Florida,July 16, 2013 in this picture provided by Florida Power and Light Company. The demolition was done to make way for a new, high-efficiency, clean power plant. Scheduled to open in 2016, the new, state-of-the-art combined-cycle natural gas plant will produce enough electricity to power approximately 260,000 homes while using 35 percent less fuel than the old power plant, according to FPL.
