These heart-warming shots show a harbour seal thoroughly enjoying itself – smiling, waving and even LAUGHING while perched on a rock. The seal was spotted having a blast at Fisherman’s Wharf in Monterey, California – an area of the US home to many harbour seals. Keen snapper Veronica Craft admits she loves seals because of their jolly nature.
