“The Lockheed SR-71 “Blackbird” was an advanced, long-range, Mach 3+ strategic reconnaissance aircraft. It was developed as a black project from the Lockheed A-12 reconnaissance aircraft in the 1960s by the Lockheed Skunk Works. Clarence “Kelly” Johnson was responsible for many of the design's innovative concepts. During reconnaissance missions the SR-71 operated at high speeds and altitudes to allow it to outrace threats. If a surface-to-air missile launch was detected, the standard evasive action was simply to accelerate and outrun the missile”. – Wikipedia

Kha Tu Ngoc rests in her two- square- meter house in Ho Chi Minh City on May 2, 2018. The “micro- house” dwellings are dotted throughout Vietnam' s bustling southern hub, occupied by families clinging to postage stamp- sized plots a city developing at breakneck pace. Tucked away in winding alleys, nestled under new condo developments or sandwiched between street food stalls and shops, the tiny houses are easily missed by the unattentive passerby. Indonesia's high annual inflation rate cooled in September and should drop more by year-end, but it likely will be 2016 before the central bank can cut interest rates to help an economy growing at its slowest pace in six years. Iraqi Kurdish women train weight lifting at a centre in Iraq's Kurdish regional capital of Arbil on February 2, 2022. Women's sports have developed at a sluggish pace across much of conservative Iraq, which has struggled through decades of conflict. But the Kurdistan region was spared the brunt of the violence and destruction, and its infrastructure, facilities and government funding have paved the way for a boom in professional women's sports. Tango instructor Fernando Waisberg (R) and Isabella Waisberg (L) pose for a photograph during a Tango lecture session in Taipei, Taiwan, 14 April 2019 (issued 18 April 2019). Taiwan has developed its own Tango, with a strong Japanese influence; the accompanying music features lyrics in Taiwanese and Mandarin, the pace slower and simpler than the original. Taiwanese Tango is now a popular phenomenon among people over 40, and is also a subject little studied inside and outside of the island. (Photo by Ritchie B. Tongo/EPA/EFE)
