Street artist Juandres Vera puts the finishing touches to a giant 3d pavement mural of The Beatles on September 23, 2011 in Liverpool, England. The giant 24m long by 6m wide work, entitled “XXL Liverpool” has been commissioned to celebrate the dual 50th anniversary of The Beatles first gig at The Cavern Club and meeting their manager Brian Epstein. Giant Yellow Teddy Bear Sculpture By Urs Fischer

The giant yellow 20-ton bronze teddy bear has been set up by Christie's outside the Seagram Building along Park Avenue. Created by New York-based Swiss artist, Urs Fischer, the enormous sculpture that has received mixed reviews, is getting auctioned off at Christie's next month. The black button-eyed, 23-foot-tall yellow teddy bear is "Untitled (Lamp/Bear)."

Red, Yellow, and Blue – A Cool Art Installation in Madison Square Park

Brooklyn-based artist Orly Genger comes to Manhattan with an installation called Red, Yellow and Blue. The work features the artists usage of intricately hand-knotted nautical rope covered in paint, creating a work that transforms the park’s lawns into colorfully-lined chambers that visitors can enjoy. The work will remain on view daily from May 2 through September 8, 2013 in Madison Square Park.
