Extreme Urban Selfie by Yaroslav Segeda

These adrenaline-junkie climbers go to extraordinary lengths, and heights, to take a selfie. Hundreds of metres above the ground, the climbers risk their life and liberty as they scale huge structures and photograph the results. Known as urban exploration, the aim is to find extremely high and almost inaccessible city buildings and reach their dizzying summits. They also seek out the unseen parts of cities that people would not normally see. Not only do these thrill seekers have to overcome the incredibly difficult task of hauling themselves up the constructions, but they also have to avoid the police as they could be arrested. But this has not stopped Yaroslav Segeda, who has travelled the world looking for dangerous buildings to climb. Here: Yaroslav Segeda takes a selfie of himself and friends on top of a crane in Kiev.
