A long exposure image shows vehicles travelling past an installation that is part of The Endemic Project created by South African artist and filmaker Bryan Little in Cape Town, South Africa, late 18 August 2015. The Endemic Project is an immersive installation experience along Rhodes Drive in Cape Town consisting of light paintings which have been made from reflective tape depicting animal species that are endemic to the Western Cape and the Fynbos floral kingdom of South Africa. Placed alongside the road and only visible when driving from Kirstenbosch towards Constantia Nek at night the viewer has the option to download a soundtrack and listen to the audio placing the audience inside the scene and making the vehicles motion the element of time and narrative.
