An armored police van carrying detained Bangladeshi nationals, from a group of eight, turns into the State Court in Singapore, 31 May 2016. Of the group, two members have been deported and the remaining six are to be prosecuted under the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act (TSOFA) and have been charged in court for providing, collecting and possessing property in relation to terrorism. Two will also be charged for possession of property for terrorist purposes under the same Act. The group, made up of construction and marine workers, were arrested last month under suspicion of conspiring to carry out terror attacks in Bangladesh and set up a caliphate under the banner of the Islamic State (ISIS).
