In this July 13, 2016 photo, an eyewitness stands with a woman outside a bar where a pre-candidate for local council was shot dead in Mage, in greater Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. According to local news reports the 49-year-old woman was shot by four gunmen while in a bar with a friend and her partner.
