Kashmiri Muslims carry the body of Amir Gul in the compound of a local hospital in Srinagar, the summer capital of Indian Kashmir, 24 August 2016. According to media reports, a young man named Amir Gul Mir was killed in fresh clashes in Pulwama, south of Srinagar, during which around a dozen youth were injured. Eight of the injured were taken to Srinagar hospitals for treatment, local newspaper reported. Over 65 persons have been killed and more than 7000 injured during the past month and a half following the protests over the killing of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen commander, Burhan Muzaffar Wani and his two associates in a gunfight on 08 July 2016.
