The world's biggest cruise liner the Harmony of the Seas is docked in the French port of Marseille, southern France, on September 13, 2016. One person was killed and two were seriously injured on September 13 when a lifeboat became detached from the Harmony of the Seas, which was docked in the French port of Marseille, emergency services said.
