Pole dancers prepare to perform on a jeeps during a funeral procession in south-western Taiwan, on January 4, 2017. More than 50 pole dancers standing on Jeeps brought traffic to a standstill when they were asked to perform at the unusual funeral of a recently deceased government official. Tung Hsiang, who died aged 76 at the end of last year, had his casket paraded around his native Chiayi County, in south-western Taiwan, where he worked for over a dozen years in high-ranking government positions. The funeral procession was organised by his son who said his dad would have loved the loud and rather rowdy scenes. (Photo by AsiaWire)
