Bolivarian National Police (PNB) agent was wounded in an explosion in the street near motorized police in the vicinity of the Altamira Square, in Caracas, Venezuela, 30 July 2017. Clashes are breaking out as the voting on a constituent assembly takes place under strict security measures and despite the rejection of local opposition and the international community.
