Some Vintage Photosl, Part 2/2

This German miss curls a new phonograph record into the shape of a horn, and rolls up another on the machine. The records, made of a new synthetic material, are unbreakable, and were put on display for the first time at the Inventors' Fair in Recklinghausen, Germany on December 7, 1956. They're only about one eighth of an inch in thickness. (Photo by Frank Filan/AP Photo)
