A young girl feeds a Rothschild giraffe with her mouth at the Giraffe Centre in Langata, outside Nairobi, Kenya, 09 April 2018. The Giraffe Centre, formally named The African Fund for Endangered Wildlife Kenya, was originally founded by American conservationist Betty Leslie-Melville and her husband Jock in 1979 in a bid to protect Rothschild giraffes, one of the most endangered giraffe subspecies. The Centre aims to raise awareness on environmental issues and educate general public on the need to conserve Kenya's biodiversity. Today the Rothschild giraffe population only numbers about 500 animals. (Photo by Dai Kurokawa/EPA/EFE)
