The “Weisse Riese” (White Giant) tower crumbles under the impact of explosives in a demolition in Duisburg, Germany, 24 March 2019. The demolition company uses 290 kilograms of explosives for the blasting to demolish the 45,000-ton and 22-storey residential building from the 1970s. The tower block is one of six buildings in the residential park in Duisburg's Hochheide district.
